About
Kwan Sadler
Founder & Certified Fitness Trainer
First and foremost, I am nothing without God. I give him all the praise and glory for who I am, where I am, and who I am becoming. I am the husband of my wife, Abigail, and the father of our 2 boys Kaden and Kruz! I'm a former athlete, who realized after college I was headed down a path of unhealthy living. After being 50lbs heavier with high blood pressure and pre-diabetes, I decided it was time to make a lifestyle change to break the cycle of my family history. With a changed mindset and outlook on life, I was able to create healthier eating habits and an exercise plan that led me to the path I'm on today. I was able to get off my blood pressure medication and am no longer on the path of becoming diabetic. My hope is through my story and journey, that I can inspire others to create the life they want to live. By becoming a better version of myself, I found my true calling of helping others. I believe in leading by example by being a “do as I do trainer rather than a do as I say” trainer.

I'm an Ace Certified Fitness Trainer who creates workout programs specifically for your fitness needs which helps you reach the goals you're trying to achieve. I offer nutritional counseling whether you're trying to lose weight, gain muscle, add size, or get more muscle definition. I believe that living a healthy lifestyle begins with first changing your mindset which will make transforming your body so much easier! My aim is to help you identify the lifestyle changes you need to make, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise and workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time. If becoming a better version of yourself is your goal, I am your guy!

Keep Pushing To Be A Better Version of Yourself!

In her 7 years as an RN, she has gained experience in pain management, outpatient surgery, medical-surgical, emergency medicine and nursing management. She believes nursing is her ministry and aspires to serve in medical missions full time.

Alisha Moore, BSN, RN
Alisha Moore is a native of Pontiac, MI. Recently relocated to Little Elm, TX for a Divine Inspired change. In 2009, Alisha graduated from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, MI and received her Bachelor’s of Science in nursing. Her nursing career began in Critical Care. Alisha received her CCRN in 2012 (certification that solidifies knowledge of critical care nursing)with aspirations of becoming a CRNA. After multiple interviews and several rejections letter, Alisha’s dream came true. Anesthesia school was going to start September 2016. But God! In April 2016, Alisha felt an undeniable pull from God to course correct. She heard the whisper, “I have given you everything you need to do what I’ve called you to do.” No anesthesia school. It pained her to make the call to give up her spot but the curiosity in God’s whisper kept her going. The adventure began a series of events to arrive now. After being on the front line as a COVID ICU Nurse, her soul shook. Holding hands of people dying while family could not be there. Watching patients take their last breath. Holding iPads so families could see their loved one. Hearing their cries and heartbreaks as they watched through a screen. It was a lot. She kept going. Holding tight to the whisper, “I’ve called you for such a time as this. I’ve got you.” The certainty in the midst of much uncertainty. November 18, 2020, her world shook forever. Alisha’s mother died, complications of COVID. Alisha felt a death in herself when time of death was called for her mother. She could no longer be the same. There was a sad, anger, hurt, guilt combination that weighed on her. She decided to take time away from nursing and deal with the deeper issues. How could God allow this? How could she not know how sick her mother was? This whole experience made her completely angry with the “healthcare” system. After all her years in nursing practice on the end closet to death coupled with the death of her mom, her desire to practice WellCare has come to fruition. Through healing, counseling, love, forgiveness and trusting God in his nudges a divine alignment emerged. NURSES AND A PHYSICAL TRAINER form a partnership and Better Me Performance, LLC was born. Alisha will now be able to perform nursing assessments, consultations and education on WELL CLIENTS!!! Alisha believes that our wellness is Our Responsibility and what we can do we must do to optimize our health and wellness. Alisha believes that each of her steps have be ordered and on this step Better Me Fitness & Performance, God will use her as a catalyst to facilitate healthy transformation in the lives of whole families
