Founder & Certified Fitness Trainer
First and foremost, I am nothing without God. I give him all the praise and glory for who I am, where I am, and who I am becoming. I am a father of 2 boys Kaden and Kruz! I'm a former athlete, who realized after college I was headed down a path of unhealthy living. After being 50lbs heavier with high blood pressure and pre-diabetes, I decided it was time to make a lifestyle change to break the cycle of my family history. With a changed mindset and outlook on life, I was able to create healthier eating habits and an exercise plan that led me to the path I'm on today. I was able to get off my blood pressure medication and am no longer on the path of becoming diabetic. My hope is through my story and journey, that I can inspire others to create the life they want to live. By becoming a better version of myself, I found my true calling of helping others. I believe in leading by example by being a “do as I do trainer rather than a do as I say” trainer.

I'm an Ace Certified Fitness Trainer who creates workout programs specifically for your fitness needs which helps you reach the goals you're trying to achieve. I offer nutritional counseling whether you're trying to lose weight, gain muscle, add size, or get more muscle definition. I believe that living a healthy lifestyle begins with first changing your mindset which will make transforming your body so much easier! My aim is to help you identify the lifestyle changes you need to make, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise and workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time. If becoming a better version of yourself is your goal, I am your guy!
